Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 4 cup vegetable broth
- 2 cup corn kernels
- 2 cup beans, cooked
- 2 cup squash, diced
- 6 ounce chorizo, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
Steps
